Position Overview: The Driver Qualification (DQ) Representative is responsible for auditing driver applications to ensure that each driver is fully compliant with state and federal Department of Transportation regulations. The position also performs a weekly follow-up of missing or incomplete information. 
 
Job Overview: 
You will represent the company, its employees and the work environment with a positive attitude and demeanor.
You will stay current on all MPCS company policies, procedures and practices.
You will stay current on all Federal and State regulations, pertaining to department.
You will retrieve DQ application electronically via PDF file from the specific queue assigned to each auditor.
You will audit the PDF file for missing or incomplete information; if file is found to be incomplete, make appropriate notations in the DQ FileMaker database.
You will update driver status page (Compliance Page) with the application’s status. 
You will update driver employment history folder.
You will update driver employment gap portal.
You will send email to client advising of any incomplete documentation so that client can resubmit revised docs.  
You will update driver record in DQ FileMaker database. 
You will perform weekly follow-up of missing or incomplete information. 
You will help DQ clean up EH analyzing duplicates, carryovers, etc. to process clean EH to PEI.
You will participate in cross-training programs to enhance versatility and ensure development of career path. 
You will perform other job-related duties as assigned. 
You will continually observe surroundings and maintain a mindset of vigilance as it relates to the security of the facility. 
You will assist with special projects.
You will shift focus and able to multitask.
 
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has a high school diploma or equivalency.
Has a bachelor’s degree or associate in arts degree (preferred).
Has 6 months to 1 year (required), 2 to 3 years (preferred).
Has superior attention to detail and accuracy. 
Has the ability to think in a clear, logical and organized manner and work under minimal supervision. 
Has strong computer skills in the areas data entry and data management. 
Has solid working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Writer, Foxit PhantomPDF, Microsoft Office and FileMaker. 
Has the ability to use the Internet as a research tool, when required. 
Has the ability to effectively interact and communicate with coworkers, clients and vendors. 
Has effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills for summarizing and communicating findings. 
Has the ability to concentrate and work efficiently and consistently.
