Position Summary: To provide excellent customer service and assist with daily operations of the background screening department.

• Verify Personal References
• Verify Professional Licenses
• Verify TWIC Card
• Verify VISA status
• Verify E-Verify (I9 Validations) status
• Verify Education requests 
• Verify Employment requests 
• Verify DOT & FMCSA Safety Performance History
• Verify DOT History
• Verify Personal References
• Verify Professional Licenses
• Verify TWIC Card
• Verify VISA status
• Other task and responsibilities as needed 

Qualifications required:
• High School diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of client  service experience 
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal, phone and communication skills 
• Must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, principles and processes for providing customer service.
