Position Summary:  
• Provide clients with ACE/ACI eManifest services. Submitting electronic manifests to CBP and CBSA
• Accurately and efficiently keys a client driver’s trip and fuel records
• Ability to work Shifts, including Evening Shifts, After Hours, Weekends

Qualifications required:
• High School Diploma
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Qualifications desired:
• Heavy data entry experience
• Experience with internet browsers and web-based applications
• Experience in the transportation industry


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

ACE/ACI:
• Prepare and Submit electronic manifests to CBP and CBSA
• Manage, track and follow-up on ACE/ACI along with any problems that may arise 
• Communicate through email and phone with clients and custom brokers
Fuel Tax:
• Identifies and employs the proper method to enter all trip and fuel records assigned
• Carefully examines documents, anticipates common errors, and corrects them before entering data
• Identifies issues within the trip and/or fuel record that affect the accuracy of the data used for a company’s tax return
• Verify data entry accuracy and completeness 
Crossover Functions and Responsibilities:
• Perform related clerical duties such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying
• Maintain and update spreadsheets 
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls daily

• Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.  Employee must occasionally lift up to twenty – five (25) pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Annual performance appraisal for non-exempt level
• Attainment of annual goals established between supervisor and incumbent

• Shift Premium available for hours worked on Weekends and Evening Shift
