Position Summary: 
Provides excellent and prompt customer service by assisting clients with various inquiries and requests associated with DMV Title and Registration services.  Ensures transactions are processed timely and accurately for client vehicles and all documents and applications are completed in accordance with State and other requirements.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
Average % of time split among daily duties
Responsibility
 
40%  Receives customer calls and assists walk in customers with processing DMV applications through BPA system.
 
20% Prepares processing logs and other necessary documents, verifies fees and charges, sets up folders. May contact clients to confirm vehicle information, as needed.
 
20% Ensures full compliance with DMV protocols and requirements. May research information and contact DMV as necessary.
 
10% Maintaining and processing logs 
 
5% Invoice Clients for services and fees 
 
5% Performs other duties as needed

Requirements:
• 2 years of responsible administrative or customer support experience preferred
• Some knowledge of CA DMV or motor vehicle Title and Registration experience at a dealership,  auction, or state agency preferred
• Ability to pass a live scan background check
• Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
• Bilingual helpful, but not required
• Organizational skills
• Good computer skills
• Reliable transportation & insurance

Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
Advanced education or certification preferred
