Job Title: Billing Specialist (Clinic Support)
Department: Drug Testing Services
Location:  Manchester, NH
Reports To: Office Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary: 
Verifies and enters mobile job miscellaneous charges in specific software platforms, quickly identifies and resolves errors, and ensures the accuracy of the mobile billing. Organize and prepare specialized invoicing reports monthly.  Respond to emails for missing CCF’s and ATF’s and overall office support as needed. Become a certified drug and breath alcohol collector to assist with walk in collections.  Training will be provided.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
Average % of time split among daily duties
60% Enter collection charges for clinic and mobile billing
20% Resolve billing errors / Compile specialized billing reports/ work with other departments as needed
10% CCF’s and ATF’s recovery 
10% Office / Clinic support / Collection Specialist (Drug and Alcohol)

Essential Requirements:
• Processes forms related to various services received from clients, company and third-party facilities
• Review DISA360 and DISAWorks invoices for errors
• Oversee Service Center invoicing 
• Manages intercompany billing
• Processes Monthly and Quarterly reports 
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute 

Required Education: 
High School Diploma

Preferred Education:
Data Entry Certification or Proven Data Entry Proficiency

Work hours: Monday  through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30 minute break).
