Job Overview (Summarize the main purpose of the role in brief)
- Client Success manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multiple customers across various client’s tiers.
- Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
- The products that the CSM will be engaging in will be Cloud as an Infrastructure and Platform as a service; they will be exposed to other technologies such as Exchange, Office 365, cool Environment, Physical environment.

Key Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in data center transformation and migration
- Should have experience in functionally managing technical teams across different countries and cultures
- Ability to build process models to support key business objectives.
- People who have worked on migrations from any Cloud platform – AWS/Microsoft Azure/ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Improve onboarding processes.
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Minimize customer churn.
Essential Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated prior Account/Service Management experience.
- 7+ years of Information Technology experience (Data Center Operation preferred).
- Technical Support Management or Service Delivery experience. Managed Services expertise, particularly: Managed hosting, Cloud Computing, Windows/Unix environments, databases SAN/storage, disaster recovery planning, security, enterprise applications, Automation/Orchestration and messaging solutions.
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, client management skills.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and energy.
- Self-motivated, excellent work ethic, goal oriented and strong team player.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple clients or accounts simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup.
- Strong facilitation skills. Ability to drive technical meetings with the clients and also with the Navisite executives.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- The ability to analyze, think innovatively, adapt, and drive new best practices.
- The ability to farm the account through relationship management
