Position: Service Assurance Manager

Summary: This position is directly and ultimately responsible for our customers' satisfaction with the supplied product and the service provided, and must assure a sustainable service level for the company (98% OFR, 95% OTIF).

Major duties & Responsibilities:
 
▪ Monitors and participates in demand management (sales orders and forecast)
▪ Leads, supports and promotes root cause analysis throughout the organization
▪ Pursues and executes, along with other areas, action plans oriented to improve service levels
▪ Defines, implements and updates supply agreements with customers
▪ Determines manufacturing priorities, along with the planning department
▪ Consolidates and communicates service level results to the rest of the organization
▪ Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites workflow
▪ Promotes continuous training on work procedures and policies, maintaining standardization to improve efficiency of subordinates
▪ Defines objectives for the department and monitors adherence and performance.
▪ Issues written and oral instructions
▪ Leads weekly meetings of sales and operations planning (S&OP).
▪ Executes system optimizations oriented to improve performance of the service assurance department
▪ Assures, along with other departments (production, procurement, logistics, warehousing, quality, sales) meeting required delivery dates in order to provide the best possible service level
▪ Negotiates lead times for sales orders, with customers or internally
▪ Negotiates, monitors and communicates order status to internal and external customers
▪ Leads and promotes meetings with other areas in order to solve problems 
▪ Supports and facilitates decision-making process within the service assurance
department
▪ Administrates and balances workload within the service assurance department
▪ Fosters a harmonious and cooperative work environment
▪ Builds and cultivates relationships with customers

Knowledge and Experience:
 
▪ Bachelor’s degree in administrative/ economic areas (4-5 years)
▪ At least 3 years of experience in customer service management
▪ Fluent in English
